The Welfare Measurement Lead will answer one of the hardest questions in our work: what life is actually like for a farmed fish, and how much our interventions change that. This includes developing our Welfare Assessment Protocol into a rigorous measurement framework, leading a small team of field assessors, and reporting findings that shape which programs we scale.

Salary range: INR 1.3 to 2.7 lakh per month, depending on experience.

The Global Growth Manager/Lead will be responsible for identifying and evaluating FWI's next country of focus and helping to establish our operations there. This includes conducting desk research and field scoping visits, submitting recommendations to the Executive Director on where FWI should expand, and supporting or leading early-stage operations in the chosen country.

Salary range: Flexible. We have a wide budget of $25K to $70K for this role, depending on the applicant's needs (e.g., location/cost of living).

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining key relationships with FWI’s feed industry stakeholders to drive forward our fortified feed intervention. Only Indians are eligible; Telugu-speaking is required, proficiency in English is preferred.

Salary range: 60–85K INR per month.

Main responsibilities: Building and maintaining feed mill and farmer relationships, implementing strategies for feed marketing aand distribution
