I live in India but cannot move to Eluru. Can I still apply?
Unfortunately not. You will need to live in Eluru full-time during the week. We do not allow remote work for this role.
What are regular work hours?
Most of our field work happens in the morning (8-10am) and afternoon (4-6pm). Your days will thus not follow a regular 9-5pm schedule but instead you may have early mornings on some and late evenings on other days. You will need to keep your schedule flexible and adjusted to the field requirements.
I’m fresh out of university. Can I apply for this position?
No. This is a manager-level position and we require at least one year of working experience in a relevant field and demonstrated experience managing other staff.
I don't have a university degree, can I apply?
Yes, if you meet the other criteria. We do not require a degree because we believe hands-on knowledge of having run programs before is more important.
Will this job involve managing anyone?
Yes, you will manage at least three Program Associates and likely more in the future.
