The Director of Programs leads our Programs Department, which develops, monitors, and evaluates our work against the bar of evidence, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Applicants of all nationalities are welcome.

Salary range: $25K-$80K annually.

Main responsibilities: Lead the FWI Programs Department, oversee the implementation of our programs in India, and take on founder-level responsibilities

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining key relationships with FWI’s feed industry stakeholders to drive forward our fortified feed intervention. Only Indians are eligible; Telugu-speaking is required, proficiency in English is preferred.

Salary range: 60–85K INR per month.

Main responsibilities: Building and maintaining feed mill and farmer relationships, implementing strategies for feed marketing aand distribution

The Welfare Assessment Manager will administer and refine the Welfare Assessment Protocol, so it applies across different interventions (e.g., feed fortification, ARA, etc). Only Indians are eligible; Telugu-speaking individuals are preferred, but other applicants are welcome.

Salary range: 70–90K INR per month.

Main responsibilities: Development and implementation of the WAP, monitoring and evaluation support

While Indian applicants are encouraged, applicants of all nationalities are welcome.
